SHIPPING POLICY

WorkFit Scrubs
Last Updated: September 29, 2026

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

  • In-stock, non-custom items typically process within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST may process the same day or the next business day
  • Embroidered, customized, printed, or made-to-order items may require an additional 2–5 business days
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Processing times are estimates and may increase during holidays, sales, periods of high order volume, product shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Transit Times

WorkFit Scrubs ships to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing and production times are separate from carrier transit times.

United States

U.S. orders may be shipped using UPS, USPS, or another available carrier, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Normal carrier transit times may include:

  • UPS Ground: Approximately 1–5 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Approximately 1–3 calendar days

UPS Ground generally provides delivery within 1–5 business days, depending on the origin and destination.

USPS Ground Advantage generally provides delivery within 2–5 business days, while Priority Mail generally provides delivery within 2–3 business days. These services are generally not guaranteed delivery services.

USPS Priority Mail Express generally provides delivery within 1–3 calendar days and may include a money-back delivery guarantee subject to USPS terms and conditions.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, rural locations, or other extended destinations may require additional transit time depending on the carrier and service selected.

Canada

Canadian orders may be shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or another available carrier, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Normal Canada Post delivery standards vary by service and destination. Typical delivery standards between major urban centres may include:

  • Xpresspost: Approximately 1–2 business days
  • Expedited Parcel: Approximately 1–8 business days
  • Regular Parcel: Approximately 1–10 business days

Non-major urban, northern, rural, and remote destinations may require additional transit time. Depending on the destination and service, some shipments may take approximately 13–14 business days or longer.

Purolator offers Ground and Express services throughout Canada. Express services may provide next-business-day delivery to eligible destinations, while Ground services may require several business days depending on the origin and destination.

All carrier transit times are estimates unless the selected shipping service specifically includes a delivery guarantee.

Business days are generally Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

4. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Holiday shipping may take longer than normal.

From approximately October through early January, shipping carriers experience significantly higher package volumes due to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's, and other holiday shopping.

During this period, customers should expect the possibility of longer processing and shipping times and are strongly encouraged to place orders early.

UPS Holiday & Peak Season — United States

UPS may apply additional demand, fuel, residential, additional handling, large-package, or other surcharges during high-volume shipping periods.

For the 2026 peak season, UPS has announced demand surcharges for certain domestic shipments beginning September 27, 2026.

UPS rates and applicable surcharges may change throughout the holiday season and are determined by UPS.

UPS's holiday operating schedule may also affect transit times. Major 2026–2027 holiday service changes include:

  • Thanksgiving – November 26, 2026: No regular UPS pickup or delivery
  • Christmas Eve – December 24, 2026: UPS delivery is available, but regular Ground pickup is limited/unavailable
  • Christmas Day – December 25, 2026: No regular UPS pickup or delivery
  • New Year's Eve – December 31, 2026: UPS Ground service is limited
  • New Year's Day – January 1, 2027: No regular UPS pickup or delivery

Holiday schedules, severe weather, increased package volume, and other operating conditions may result in longer transit times.

USPS Holiday & Peak Season — United States

USPS has announced a temporary holiday price increase from October 4, 2026 through January 17, 2027.

The temporary holiday pricing applies to certain domestic package services, including:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express
  • Parcel Select

As a result, customers may see higher USPS shipping charges during this period.

USPS delivery times may also be affected by unusually high holiday package volume, severe weather, transportation issues, natural disasters, and other operating conditions.

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Canada Post Holiday & Peak Season

Canada Post experiences significantly increased parcel volume during the holiday shopping season.

Canada Post's normal delivery standards are based on normal operating conditions. During peak periods, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labour disruptions, or unexpected increases in parcel volume, delivery standards and guarantees may be modified or suspended.

During November and December, customers should allow additional time beyond normal Canada Post delivery estimates, particularly for:

  • Regular Parcel and economy shipping services
  • Shipments travelling long distances across Canada
  • Rural, northern, and remote destinations
  • Orders placed close to Christmas
  • Shipments affected by severe winter weather
  • Periods of unusually high parcel volume

Weekends and statutory holidays generally do not count as regular Canada Post business days.

Purolator Holiday & Peak Season

Purolator also experiences increased parcel volume during the holiday season.

Customers using Purolator should allow additional transit time during November and December, particularly for Ground shipments and deliveries to rural or remote destinations.

Carrier closures and reduced operations around Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day may also affect transit times for packages shipped immediately before or after these holidays.

Purolator Express services may provide faster delivery to eligible destinations; however, service availability and delivery guarantees remain subject to the carrier's terms, geographic restrictions, weather conditions, holiday schedules, and other operating circumstances.

Increased Holiday Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may temporarily increase during peak season because of carrier-imposed:

  • Holiday or peak-season pricing
  • Demand surcharges
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Residential delivery charges
  • Rural, remote, or extended-area charges
  • Additional handling charges
  • Oversize or large-package charges
  • Other carrier-imposed fees

These charges are determined by UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, and other applicable shipping carriers and are outside the control of WorkFit Scrubs.

5. Christmas & Holiday Delivery

If your order is needed for Christmas, another holiday, a birthday, vacation, event, or any other specific date, please order as early as possible.

We recommend allowing additional shipping time during November and December for both U.S. and Canadian shipments.

Additional time is particularly recommended for:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • UPS Ground
  • Canada Post Regular Parcel
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel
  • Purolator Ground
  • Rural and remote destinations
  • Cross-country shipments

Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce WorkFit Scrubs' production or processing time. Expedited shipping only changes the carrier service used after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier.

An estimated delivery date displayed at checkout or provided by a shipping carrier is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the selected carrier service specifically includes a delivery guarantee.

WorkFit Scrubs cannot guarantee Christmas or other holiday delivery unless a guaranteed delivery service and delivery date have been specifically offered and confirmed.

Please order early during the holiday season.

6. In-Stock, Backordered & Future Ship Items

Your order confirmation may indicate whether an item is:

  • In stock, or
  • Backordered / future ship

In-stock items are processed according to normal processing times.

If an item is backordered, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Backordered items may ship separately from other items in your order.

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered products, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customized scrubs, embroidered items, printed shirts, sweaters, and other personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.

Production time begins once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed
  • All customization details have been submitted
  • No additional clarification is required regarding the order

Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled, changed, or modified.

During high-volume and holiday periods, production times for custom and personalized orders may be longer than normal.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on factors including:

  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Number of items purchased
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Residential delivery
  • Rural or remote-area delivery
  • Carrier fuel surcharges
  • Holiday or peak-season surcharges
  • Demand surcharges
  • Additional handling requirements
  • Other carrier-imposed fees

Shipping rates may temporarily increase during peak holiday periods due to carrier-imposed surcharges and increased transportation costs.

Carrier rates and surcharges are outside the control of WorkFit Scrubs and may change without notice.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. U.S. & Canada Cross-Border Shipments

Orders shipped between the United States and Canada may be subject to customs processing.

Depending on the shipment, destination, product origin, value, and applicable laws, customs authorities or shipping carriers may assess:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage or clearance fees
  • Government processing fees
  • Other applicable charges

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.

Customs processing may increase delivery time.

WorkFit Scrubs cannot guarantee how long a shipment will remain in customs and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, government inspections, or carrier customs-clearance procedures.

10. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address
  • An incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • An unclaimed package
  • An address that cannot be serviced by the selected carrier

the customer will be responsible for applicable reshipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

11. Risk of Loss & Delivery

Customers should monitor the tracking information provided with their shipment.

Once tracking indicates that a package has been Delivered, customers should first check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building management, front desk, parcel locker, or other secure delivery locations.

If a package cannot be located, please contact WorkFit Scrubs and/or the shipping carrier promptly so that available carrier investigation or claim procedures can be followed.

WorkFit Scrubs is not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

12. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging before opening it
  • Take photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Retain the original packaging and shipping materials
  • Contact WorkFit Scrubs within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

We may request additional photographs, packaging, or other information required to process a carrier claim.

WorkFit Scrubs reserves the right to submit shipping damage claims directly to the carrier when applicable.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to submit or successfully process a carrier claim.

13. Delays Outside Our Control

WorkFit Scrubs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday or peak-season shipping volume
  • Severe weather
  • Winter storms
  • Customs clearance
  • Government inspections
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Rural or remote-area delivery
  • Labour disruptions
  • Carrier network interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly identified as a guaranteed carrier service.

14. Carrier Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery estimates displayed at checkout, in tracking information, or on carrier websites are provided by the applicable shipping carrier.

WorkFit Scrubs does not control carrier routing, transportation networks, weather delays, customs processing, holiday operating schedules, or carrier delivery estimates.

A carrier changing an estimated delivery date after shipment does not constitute a failure by WorkFit Scrubs to process or ship the order within our stated processing time.
